Locomo SEO Responsibilities

2. Confidentiality

3. Reporting
Locomo SEO will provide regular reports on the progress of the SEO campaign as agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Locomo SEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruptions.
Termination
1. Termination by Client
The Client may terminate the Service Agreement at any time, subject to the terms outlined in the Service Agreement.
2. Termination by Locomo SEO
Locomo SEO reserves the right to terminate the Service Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical behavior.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Service Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, they agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
